Cancellation Policy – SuiteshomeStockholm

At SuiteshomeStockholm, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness:

Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the first night of the stay and receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the first night, the full price of the stay will be charged.

No refunds will be issued for shortened stays, no-shows, or early departures once the stay has begun.

Modifications

Any requests to modify reservations are subject to availability and must be made in writing. Modifications are considered cancellations if the change shortens or removes the stay.

Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that SuiteshomeStockholm must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, property damage, or government restrictions), guests will receive a full refund.
