Welcome to SuiteshomeStockholm. By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

To secure your booking, payment must be made within 72 hours of making the reservation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email once payment has been processed.

2. Payment

The full amount of the stay must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation unless otherwise specified.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include taxes where applicable.

Any additional charges (e.g., damages, extra cleaning, or lost keys) will be charged separately after the stay.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the first night of the stay and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first night will be charged the full price of the stay.

No refunds will be given for shortened stays, no-shows, or early departures.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 PM) unless otherwise arranged.

Check-out: by 12:00 (12:00 PM).

Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must treat the property, furnishings, and neighbors with respect.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed in writing.

The booking guest is responsible for ensuring all occupants comply with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Damages & Security

Any damage to the property, furnishings, or loss of items will be charged to the guest.

SuiteshomeStockholm reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning after the stay.

7. Privacy

Guest information is collected solely for the purpose of managing reservations and stays.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

8. Force Majeure
SuiteshomeStockholm is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies). In such cases, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
